About us

Gary Bradshaw is the principal of the firm. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995 and was elected a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors the same year. He is able to combine his passion for history and buildings by specialising in surveying period property.

He has qualified as a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. He also holds accreditation in survey and valuation work from the Surveyors and Valuers’ accreditation body SAVA, and is a member of the Independent Surveyors’ Association.

More recently he has completed an intensive course through Elmhurst Energy Systems allowing him to undertake Energy Performance Certificates.
